The news broke down after Nike released statements that they officially cut ties with Manny Pacquiao and that Manny is no longer with them anymore. Nike didn't like the gay marriage comments he made.
If you go to nike official website, you won't find Manny Pacquiao on their search function anymore, meaning it's official that Manny Pacquiao is out already.
Good thing there are other brands willing to sponsor Manny.

ReplyDeleteFYI - I am NOT voting for Manny just because what he said on SSM. I AM NOT VOTING FOR HIM BECAUSE HE IS NOT FIT FOR A SENATORIAL JOB. He is not even fit for a congressman. He just attended 4 sessions in 1 year, no bills pass and still collected his full salary. He doesn't even want to pay taxes. That is life. The more you earned, the more you pay taxes. No one is exempted for that. Go figure!
Ehh, when you take into consideration how much he's given to the Phillipines, you have to tip your hat. He donates at a mass rate, which most star or celebrities start small foundations "FOR TAX WRITE OFFS". As I see it he is a national treasure to the Phillipines.
